Mental Health Week: Maintaining Energy and Concentration
Stress does take its toll on our mental health. Stress has a habit of causing our body to use up minerals and vitamins as well as produce hormones and chemicals which are counterproductive to sleep, relaxation, and especially concentration and memory.
This is why many people turn to doctors and psychologists for anti-depressants. Without realizing the deadly side effects and mind-numbing chemical reactions that come with them, most people take these without a second thought. The truth is, anti-depressants work for only about 10% of cases and up to half of those still end up suicidal and depressed.
What's the answer?
