Refresh Body & Mind
There is a fable that the body's organs were bragging about who was greatest among them. The lungs boasted how much air they could hold, the heart boasted how much blood it could pump, and so all the other organs pitched in saying how the body couldn't live without them. All except the colon. It listened quietly and when all the commotion died down it said, "I am the greatest."
Now, all the other organs in the body laughed and joked about it, after all, we all know what the colon holds. So the colon said, "I'll prove it", and quit working, stopping itself up cold and refused to continue to perform its duties.
A few days later the heart was growing feeble, the mind was becoming sick, the lung gasped for air, and the other organs all became tired and sick as well. Meanwhile…
